We believe no bridesmaids dress should be worn once, and thats why it is so important to take good care of your dress both before and after the wedding.

Before the wedding

Before the wedding, we recommend steaming your dress to get out any creases - both our crepe and satin fabrics can be steamed with a handheld steamer.

We use the brand Propress, which we have found to be the most efficient handheld steamer to get rid of any creases. Propress offer a package for Rewritten customer which you can find here, but you can also get your hands on very reasonably priced and good quality steamers from any household shop for around £20.

If you can't find a steamer or would rather use an iron you have at home, you can iron the dresses on a low temperature but make sure you have a towel placed in between the dress and the iron to protect the fabric.

After the wedding

We love seeing you girls re-wear your dresses after the wedding and re-style them for different occasions.

All of our bridesmaids dresses are machine washable on a standard 30 degree wash so they're super easy to clean at the end of the wedding day. We recommend washing your dress on it's own and if you have a fabric laundry bag, we recommend using one of those too!
