Rewritten London Creative Partner Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Rewritten London Creative Partner Programme ("Programme") enables approved partners to earn commission by referring customers to Rewritten London through their unique referral link or discount code.

By joining the Programme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Programme is open to approved businesses, wedding professionals, content creators, retailers, stylists, planners and other partners at the sole discretion of Rewritten London.

Participation is subject to approval and Rewritten London reserves the right to accept or decline applications for any reason.

3. Commission

Founding Partner Rate

Approved partners will receive a Founding Partner commission rate of 20% on qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link or discount code for the first six (6) months following acceptance into the Programme.

Following the initial six-month period, commission will automatically reduce to 15% unless otherwise agreed in writing by Rewritten London.

Commission is calculated on the net order value excluding taxes, shipping charges, duties, customs charges and any refunded amounts.

Rewritten London may offer enhanced commission rates, bonuses or incentives to selected partners at its sole discretion.

4. Customer Discount

Partners may provide their audience with an approved promotional discount code, offering customers 10% off eligible purchases.

Rewritten London reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Commission is only payable on completed sales that remain outside the applicable Rewritten London returns period.

No commission will be paid on:

• Returned items
• Cancelled orders
• Refunded orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Orders that breach these Terms

Rewritten London reserves the right to adjust future commission payments to account for refunds, returns, cancellations or administrative errors.

6. Payment of Commission

Commission payments will be made periodically following the expiry of the applicable returns window.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details and any applicable tax information.

Rewritten London reserves the right to withhold payment while validating transactions, investigating suspected fraud or resolving disputes.

7. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

• Represent the Rewritten London brand professionally and accurately.
• Use only approved brand assets where provided.
• Comply with all applicable advertising, disclosure and consumer protection laws.
• Clearly disclose any affiliate or commercial relationship where required by law.

Partners must not:

• Misrepresent Rewritten London products, pricing or promotions.
• Use misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
• Bid on Rewritten London trademarks or branded search terms in paid advertising without prior written consent.
• Impersonate or present themselves as employees, agents or representatives of Rewritten London.
• Engage in spam, unsolicited communications or activity that may damage the reputation of Rewritten London.

8. Intellectual Property

All Rewritten London trademarks, imagery, content and brand assets remain the property of Rewritten London.

Participation in the Programme does not grant ownership or licensing rights beyond those required to promote Rewritten London as part of the Programme.

9. Programme Changes

Rewritten London may update, modify or amend the Programme, commission structure, benefits, promotional offers or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Reasonable notice will be provided where practical, however immediate changes may be made where required for commercial, operational or legal reasons.

10. Termination

Rewritten London reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any partner's participation in the Programme at any time, with or without notice and for any reason.

Rewritten London further reserves the right to withdraw, pause, suspend, amend or discontinue the Programme, in whole or in part, at any time.

Participation in the Programme does not create any ongoing contractual entitlement to commission, benefits, partnership status or future participation.

Any valid commission earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with these Terms, subject to returns, refunds, verification and any outstanding investigations.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rewritten London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-profit claims arising from participation in the Programme.

Participation in the Programme is undertaken at the partner's own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
