How to mix and match bridesmaids dresses and jumpsuits

Mix and match bridesmaids dresses - orange and green satin shades
The biggest and boldest of wedding trends, mix and match bridesmaids is here to stay. Done right it makes for the coolest of looks but it can be a tricky one to nail. From clashing colours to tonal gradation and contrasting textures, we bring to you the cardinal rules of mixing and matching.

1. One style DOESN'T suit all
Long gone are the days when free thinking adult women are expected to dress in the same outfit, now it is entirely possible to let your bridesmaids show off their own sense of style and identity whilst achieving a uniform look. Opt for different styles in the same colour for a modern take on the traditional bridal party. Oh and your bridesmaids will love you for it, we promise.

2. Don’t be afraid to be BOLD
We specially designed all of our colours to be worn together. Bright Coral with red-wine friendly Chianti and pale Oyster pink – why the hell not? Turquoise marine green with deep forest and brilliant bluebell? Abso-bloody-lutely. Embrace the colour pop and go BOLD.

3. Play with TEXTURE
The subtle sheen of a satin when teamed with a matt crepe will win serious style points and looks glorious in photographs – different fabrics will capture a kaleidoscope of colours in sunlight.

4. Throw in a TROUSER
Call us biased but we LOVE a strong trouser leg and think every bridal party should feature at least one jumpsuit. Look for a flowing palazzo silhouette that will blend seamlessly with any dress or skirt.
