Returns and Exchanges

 

UK orders

We offer a 21 day refund and exchange policy on full price items, and a 14 day return window on sale items, which starts from the day you receive your order. 

Alternatively, you can opt for a credit instead of a refund/exchange which will give you an extra 10% of the value of your return towards your next online purchase. This does not apply on sale items.


*Please note, if using a gift card as method of payment any refunds will be refunded back to the gift card.

Get your UK returns label

Please click here to request your return postage label from our partners at Royal Mail/DHL (its super easy!). We charge £2.99 per return to cover shipping and re-processing fees. This will be deducted automatically from your refund, or if you want a credit note or exchange your return will be free. Please complete the returns form included inside your order, returns without this information will not be processed. If you don't have a returns form in your order you can download one here.

If you have selected an exchange or a gift card then this will be sent out as soon as the original order is received back to us. Gift cards will be sent via email and will be valid for a year from the date of being issued.

Why do we charge for returns?

Returns are terrible for the environment; from extra shipping to wasted packaging in addition to the time-consuming task of repackaging, processing and even mending stock that has been damaged when trying on. We have chosen to join the many retailers that are now charging for returns in a bid to try and inform shoppers on the negative impact of returns. We are also working on different ways to improve our sizing and style information so that our customers can buy with more confidence. 

International orders 

For returns outside of the UK, the same 21 day window applies and postage and restocking costs are £10 (deductible from your refund) and there are no duties payable. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges outside of the UK at this time, but we are working on this! 

Returns T&Cs

Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Bridal and ivory dresses must be tried indoors with the gloves and fabric provided and no returns with make-up or marks on the dresses will be accepted.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window or items with their tags removed or that appear visibly worn. 

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Sample sale items cannot be refunded.
