Refund policy




We offer a free 21 day refund and exchange policy (UK mainland only) which starts from the day you receive your order.

For returns outside of the UK, the same 21 day window applies and postage costs are £10 and there are no duties payable. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges outside of the UK at this time.  

Made-to-order styles are non-returnable so we advise trying these on with one of our stockists or in our showroom before buying online.

If you have selected an exchange or a gift card then this will be sent out as soon as the original order is received back to us. Gift cards will be sent via email.

Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Bridal and ivory dresses must be tried indoors with the gloves and fabric provided and no returns with make-up or marks on the dresses will be accepted.

Please click here to request your free return postage label from our partners at Royal Mail/DHL. Please complete the returns form included inside your order, returns without this information will not be processed. If you don't have a returns form in your order you can download one here.

We cannot accept items outside of this return window or items with their tags removed or that appear visibly worn. 

Once we receive your return, it can take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

Sample sale items cannot be refunded.
