Standard delivery is free within the UK and currently takes 5-10 working days. Express delivery is available for £12.99 and takes 1-3 working days and must be placed before 11am for same day dispatch. During busy periods express delivery may not be available.
EXCHANGES
We don't offer exchanges and so recommend that you return your items to us and re-order the correct size/style/colour separately.
REFUNDS
We offer a free 21 day refund policy (UK mainland only) which starts from the day you receive your dresses. For returns outside of the UK, the same 21 day window applies but postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
Made-to-order styles cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
We offer one free returns postage label per shipping address within 21 days. Postage cost for any additional returns made within 21 days are to be covered by the customer.
