Delivery is a flat fee of £4.99 and may take 5–10 working days. To stay kind to the environment, your order will arrive in biodegradable polybags instead of our standard kraft packaging.

    • Use a hand steamer to remove creases. Do not iron directly on the satin
    • We dye our fabric to our exact colour specifications. Slight colour variations can occur between dresses, so we recommend ordering all dresses for your bridal party at the same time from the same batch

    • As a small independent business, we currently do not offer free returns. For UK customers, we are happy to cover the return shipping cost if you choose to exchange your item or receive store credit
    • We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition, with all tags attached, within 21 days of delivery
    • Earrings and underwear are non-returnable
