Alterations

We try our very hardest to design dresses that feel like they were made just for you, but every now and then a tiny tweak might be needed.

All of our full length bridesmaids dresses and jumpsuits are crafted to a standard length of approximately 115cm from waist to hem. It is standard practice in occasionwear to make garments a little longer so they can be tailored to the perfect height. We know this may feel a touch long for some of our bridesmaids, but please don’t worry, our pieces are intentionally designed to be beautifully straightforward to alter.

While we do not offer alterations in-house, for our London based brides we always recommend our lovely neighbours One Off London, who know our dresses inside out and are wonderfully experienced in tailoring them to a flawless fit.

We also highly recommend Sojo, a brilliant UK alterations and repairs service that makes the whole process seamless. They connect you with trusted local tailors and even offer door-to-door collection and delivery, meaning you can have your dress fitted and finished without leaving home. It is a modern, sustainable approach to tailoring and many of our brides and bridesmaids find it incredibly convenient.

If you have your own trusted local tailor, our dresses are very easy to adjust. Simply request a hem alteration and be sure to bring the shoes you plan to wear on the day. For any tweaks to the bust or waist, we always suggest sizing up and having the dress taken in for the most comfortable and flattering result.
