We charge £5 for pop in appointments, £15 for 1 hour and £20 for 1.5 hour appointments. You and your group have exclusive use of the space and a dedicated stylist on hand to help choose your dresses. We also provide hot & cold drinks.

Depending on the number of bridesmaids in your group appointments can last from 30 mins to 1.5 hours. Your group will try on all of your favourite styles in this time, if you have a big group we advise booking the longer appointment time so that you are not rushed on the day!

You can cancel your appointment using the link in your confirmation email at any time. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be refunded.

We hold a selection of dresses in all of our colours in our showroom, so you will be able to try on your chosen style and size - but it might be in a different colour - if we had every dress out in every size/style we would have over 800 dresses on the rail! We will guide you through the collection and help you to pick your favourite styles and colours as well as advise on sizes.

We have some heeled shoes here but recommend that you bring your own if you would like to try on with a heel, and if you plan on wearing shapewear then that is always helpful - particularly if you are trying on wedding dresses!

We have every style in every size in our showroom to try on - we aren't able to accommodate requests for certain colours in certain sizes however so please remember that you will be trying a selection of colours when you visit!

Our stylist can take your order during your appointment and your dresses will be shipped from our warehouse - they can be with you at home within 3-5 working days and we offer free delivery. If your dresses are on pre-order they may take a little longer to arrive. If you order a made-to-order bridal piece then delivery lead time will be explained to you on the day.
